Professional Background: Entered the mortgage industry in 1991 working with Quality Mortgage USA, Huntington Beach, CA as an assistant processor was promoted to Loan Underwriter before exiting.

In 1994, Option One Mortgage, Santa Ana CA recruited as Underwriting Manager traveling the USA writing Banking Guidelines and training national branches on execution of these guidelines.

In 1996, Recruited by United Lending Group, Irvine CA as Chief Underwriter. Transferred to Sales Division of United Lending Group selling lending solutions to clients through out the USA.

In 2000, opened a branch for American Home Loan, INC. Santa Ana, CA funding millions of dollars in home loans as a direct/wholesale direct lender.

In 2004, opened a national branch for First Source Financial USA, currently lending in 34 States, working with over 100 Wholesale Lending Institutions, helping Individuals and families obtain there lending needs.

August of 2007, joined Tripoint Mortgage Group, Inc. family as a Branch Manager serving communities in 26 States in the U.S.  specializing in Government and Conventional lending arena.

Background: Honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps, a veteran of the Persian Gulf War. Licensed as a BROKER (License #01158129) with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE). Member of the National Association of Realtor (NAR) & California Association of REALTORS, Member of the National Association of Responsible Loan Officers, Member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) , Certified CALSTRS/CALPERS originator, Member of the Marine Corps League-MCAS El Toro Detachment 017, active Undergraduate student at the University of Phoenix, and Fluent in the Spanish Language.
